In the latest episode of Accor’s Design and Me, hosted by Reema Diwan, the series travels to Goa to explore the design story behind Novotel Goa Panjim with the Studio HBA designer, Abhishek Mathur.

Inspired by the heritage streets of Fontainhas, the hotel blends bold colours, locally inspired artwork, and community-driven spaces that reflect Goa’s vibrant identity.

From its signature living facade to interiors shaped by coastal landscapes, the project balances character with sustainability through natural light, upcycled timber, locally sourced tiles, and eco-conscious materials, creating a stay experience deeply connected to place.
